BETET : Bihar to appoint 1.25 lakh primary teachers

PATNA: The candidates who passed the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) will soon get jobs in the primary schools. Education department officials said the appointment process will start from the first week of August.

About 1.25 lakh aspirants have passed the TET of which result was published on May 14, said education department joint secretary and spokesman R S Singh. Of them 37,335 aspirants were female. Singh said the appointment schedule has been prepared and being sent to all the district education officials. All of them will get appointment letters by the end of this year, he added. The candidates who passed TET are required to submit their applications from August 8 to September 8

The department is also preparing to release schedule for appointment of secondary schools and it is expected that about 20,000 teachers will be appointed.

Drawing the attention of the centre, the state education department has pleaded for opening of at least 4,000 high schools in Bihar in order to open one high school in each panchayat. This demand was put before ministry of human resources development under secretary Vrinda Swaroop in course of her meeting with education department principal secretary Amrjit Sinha.

She was told that Bihar has only 3,000 high schools of which 1,000 were upgraded to plus 2 but still teachers have not been appointed there. Under the Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, the centre has provided fund for the construction of extra classrooms in the existing schools. Bihar officials pointed out that fund had not been released for the purpose.

पटना (एसएनबी)। राज्य में दस जुलाई के बाद प्रारंभिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षक नियोजन शुरू होने की संभावना है। इसके लिए शिक्षा विभाग ने गाईडलाइन तैयार कर लिया है। शिक्षा मंत्री पीके शाही से अनुमोदन के बाद इसकी घोषणा की जायेगी। शिक्षा विभाग के सूत्रों के अनुसार सभी नियोजन प्रक्रिया को अगले साल के फरवरी तक पूरा कर लिये जाने का टारगेट निर्धारित किया गया है। राज्य के प्रारंभिक विद्यालयों में करीब सवा लाख प्रारंभिक शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की जानी है। नगर स्तर पर मेधा सूची का निर्माण नगर नियोजन समिति के सचिव सह मुख्य कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी/ कार्यपालक नगर विकास पदाधिकारी एवं जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक/ अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी द्वारा किया जायेगा। किन्तु मुख्य दायित्व नियोजन समिति के सचिव की होगी। पंचायत समिति के लिए मेधा सूची नगर नियोजन समिति के सचिव एवं नियोजन समिति में मनोनीत उच्च विद्यालय के शिक्षक द्वारा तैयार की जायेगी। मेधा सूची के प्रत्येक पृष्ठ पर संबंधित दोनों व्यक्तियों का हस्ताक्षर होगा। नगर शिक्षक एवं पंचायत शिक्षक के बेसिक ग्रेड के शिक्षकों के नियोजन हेतु मेधा सूची अभ्यर्थियों के द्वारा इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा में प्राप्त प्राप्तांक के प्रतिशत को जोड़कर तथा जोड़ में तीन से भाग देकर तैयार की जायेगी। इसी प्रकार स्नातक ग्रेड के शिक्षकों के नियोजन के लिए स्नातक परीक्षा में प्राप्त प्राप्तांक के प्रतिशत प्रशिक्षण परीक्षा में प्राप्त प्राप्तांक तथा शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में प्राप्त प्राप्तांक के प्रतिशत को जोड़कर तथा जोड़ में तीन से भाग देकर तैयार की जायेगी। स्नातक में प्रतिष्ठा प्राप्त अभ्यर्थी को कुल मेधा अंक में पांच प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त अंक दिये जायेंगे। समान मेधा अंक होने पर जन्म तिथि एवं जन्म तिथि समान होने पर नाम के हिन्दी वर्णमाला के अक्षर के आरोही क्रम को मेधा सूची में वरीयता का आधार माना जायेगा। अप्रशिक्षित अभ्यर्थी की मेधा सूची बेसिक ग्रेड के लिए इन्टरमीडिएट में प्राप्त अंक के प्रतिशत एवं शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में प्राप्त प्राप्तांक के प्रतिशत को जोड़कर तथा जोड़ में दो से भाग देकर तैयार की जायेगी। इसी प्रकार स्नातक शिक्षक के लिए स्नातक में प्राप्तांक के प्रतिशत एवं शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के प्राप्तांक के प्रतिशत को जोड़कर तथा जोड़ में दो से भाग देकर तैयार की जायेगी। स्नातक में प्रतिष्ठा के लिए पांच प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त अंक दिये जायेंगे। बेसिक ग्रेड एवं स्नातक ग्रेड के शिक्षकों की आवश्यकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रत्येक विषय के प्रशिक्षित एवं अप्रशिक्षित अभ्यर्थियों की मेधा सूची अलग-अलग तैयार की जायेगी। आरक्षण के अनुसार प्रत्येक विषय एवं कोटि में सबसे पहले प्रशिक्षित अभ्यर्थियों का नियोजन होगा। रिक्ति होने पर अप्रशिक्षितों का नियोजन होगा। न्यूनतम अंकों की गणना अतिरिक्त एवं ऐच्छिक विषयों के अंकों को छोड़कर की जायेगी।

पटना : राज्य के प्राथमिक एवं मध्य विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों के रिक्तियों के मद्देनजर नियोजन की प्रक्रिया संबंधी कार्रवाई प्रारंभ हो गई है। इस संबंध में शिक्षा विभाग ने पिछले माह घोषित शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीइटी) के परीक्षाफल के आधार पर कक्षा 1 से 5 तक और वर्ग 6 से 8 तक में रिक्तियों के बारे में पूरी जानकारी सभी जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारियों (स्थापना) से मांगी है।

शुक्रवार को शिक्षा विभाग के स्व. मदन मोहन झा स्मृति सभागार में प्राइमरी एजुकेशन के प्रभारी निदेशक आरएस सिंह की अध्यक्षता में जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारियों की बैठक हुई। श्री सिंह ने बैठक में निर्देश दिया कि स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की कितनी रिक्तियां हैं, इसके बारे में आगामी 30 जून तक सूची उपलब्ध करा दें ताकि टीइटी के रिजल्ट के आलोक में शिक्षकों की नियोजन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की जा सके। शिक्षकों की रिक्तियों के आकलन में यह देख लें कि पहले से कितनी रिक्तियां हैं और छात्र-छात्राओं की आवश्यकता पर नये शिक्षकों के कितने पद चाहिए। यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि वैसे प्राथमिक एवं मध्य विद्यालय जहा सरप्लस टीचर्स हैं उनका समायोजन अपने ही नियोजन इकाई में आवश्यकता वाले स्कूलों में करें।

प्रभारी निदेशक ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वेतनमान वाले जो पुराने शिक्षक हैं उनकी प्रोन्नति की प्रक्रिया आगामी 15 जून तक पूरी कर लें। हालांकि आज की बैठक में शिक्षकों की प्रोन्नति की भी समीक्षा की गई जिसमें जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारियों द्वारा यह जानकारी दी गई कि हर जिले में शिक्षकों की प्रोन्नति प्रक्रिया चल रही है।

Releasing the results here on Tuesday, Principal secretary (education department) Anjani Kumar Singh informed that the three toppers of the state hail from Begusarai and two of them happen to be siblings.

According to the data released by the BSEB, a total of 3,43,898 students appeared in the examination out of which, 51.23 percent students secured first division. 

Singh said 91.36 percent of the girl students passed the examination this year, recording an increase of 1 percent as compared to the results declared last year. 

The three toppers from the Begusarai district bagged over 90 percent marks in aggregate. Piyush Kumar (92 percent), Ram Prawesh Kumar (90.6 percent) and Illa Kumari (90.4 percent) topped the merit list from the MRJDI College, Bisnupur, Begusarai. Piyush and Illa are siblings. 

Only five students from the state capital figure in the merit list released by the BSEB.

According to reports, the number of students taking the examination also registered a marked increase in comparison to last year.

The Bihar Intermediate science ISC intermediate examinations was conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board.
