पटना : बिहार प्रारंभिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीइटी) का रिजल्ट तैयार हो गया है. शिक्षा मंत्री पीके शाही इसे सोमवार की दोपहर जारी करेंगे. वहीं, माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (एसटीइटी) का रिजल्ट एक सप्ताह के बाद प्रकाशित होगा.
सूत्रों ने बताया है कि टीइटी में करीब चार-साढ़े चार फीसदी अभ्यर्थियों के पास होने की संभावना है. हालांकि, पास होनेवाले अभ्यर्थियों की सही संख्या की जानकारी रिजल्ट जारी होने पर ही मिलेगी. टीइटी में 26 लाख अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए थे.
रिजल्ट बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध होगा. इस पर पास व फेल अभ्यर्थियों की सूची रहेगी. किस अभ्यर्थी को कितने अंक मिले, इसकी जानकारी वेबसाइट पर मिल जायेगी.

पास होने के लिए आरक्षित वर्ग व महिला अभ्यर्थियों को 55 फीसदी व सामान्य श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों को 60 फीसदी अंक लाना था. पास होनेवाले अभ्यर्थी को प्रमाणपत्र दिया जायेगा. प्रमाणपत्र संबंधित जिले में भेज दिया जायेगा. इसी प्रमाणपत्र के आधार पर अभ्यर्थी शिक्षक नियुक्ति में आवेदन दे सकेंगे.

मंत्री ने की समीक्षा
शिक्षा मंत्री ने शनिवार को संबंधित पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर रिजल्ट की समीक्षा की. रिजल्ट जारी होने के बाद शिक्षक नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया में तेजी आयेगी. इस वर्ष प्राथमिक व मध्य विद्यालयों में करीब एक लाख शिक्षकों को नियुक्ति करने की योजना है. बैठक में शिक्षा विभाग के प्रधान सचिव अंजनी कुमार सिंह, समिति के अध्यक्ष प्रो. राजमणि प्रसाद सिंह समेत आरएस सिंह, हसन वारिस, ललन झा व शिवनाथ प्रसाद उपस्थित थे

Bihar Elementary Teacer Eligibility Test Result will be published on 14th May 2012

PATNA: The result of the primary and upper primary teachers eligibility test (TET) would be published on May 14. Around 24 lakh aspirants for the post of primary teachers and upper primary teachers had appeared for the TET in the two rounds conducted in December, 2011, and February, 2012.

The TET for primary and upper primary teacher aspirants for appointment in government schools was conducted with an objective to improve teaching quality in primary and middle schools, said joint director, primary education, R S Singh. He said after one month of the publication of the TET results, one lakh to 1.25 lakh posts of primary and upper primary teachers are likely to be advertised.

At present, 3.24 lakh primary and upper primary teachers are working in 71,086 primary and middle schools for teaching 1.99 crore enrolled students. The present teacher-student ratio in primary and upper primary schools is 1:58. After appointment of another 1.25 lakh primary and upper primary teachers, the teacher-student ratio would improve to 1:40 which would be ideal for maintaining quality education as this ratio would make the teachers more attentive to the students, he said.

As the government's focus is also on monitoring transparency in mid-day meal programme in government primary and middle schools, increase in number of teachers would help in successful execution of this programme, said an education department official.

पटना, जागरण ब्यूरो : बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा प्राथमिक व माध्यमिक विद्यालय में शिक्षकों के लगभग 1.12 लाख रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए आयोजित टीईटी-एसटीईटी परीक्षा के नतीजों की घोषणा अब 25 मई तक हो सकेगी। प्रदेश के बाहर ओएमआर शीट की स्क्रीनिंग कर रही कंपनी के साफ्टवेयर में कोई तकनीकी गड़बड़ी के चलते 7 मई तक अब परिणामों की घोषणा नहीं की जा सकेगी। परीक्षा समिति के सचिव ललन झा ने बताया कि वैसे भी 30 लाख ओएमआर शीट को जांच कर पाना उतना सहज काम नहीं है। वैसे कंपनी को काम सही तरीके से करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं |

 उधर एक अन्य प्रदेश में उत्तीर्णता प्रमाण पत्र की छपाई का काम चल रहा है। 25 मई तक परिणामों की घोषणा हो जाने के आसार हैं।

 टीईटी व एसटीईटी के रिजल्ट की तैयारी की प्रगति की समीक्षा की समीक्षा के लिए शिक्षा मंत्री पी.के.शाही की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को बैठक आहूत की गई है। इस बार टीईटी परीक्षा के प्रश्न काफी कठिन थे लिहाजा उत्तीर्णाक लाना उतना सहज नहीं होने वाला है। सामान्य कोटि के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए उत्तीर्णाक 60 तथा एससी-एसटी के लिए 55 रखा गया है। लिहाजा पैनल कोई विशाल नहीं होने वाला है। थोक भाव में शिक्षकों का नियोजन नई नियमावली के आधार पर तैयार मेधा सूची से होना है। नियमावली छप चुकी है मगर आलम यह है कि उसके मुद्रित बंडल अभी विभाग में ही पड़े हुए हैं। उन्हें जिलों को उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जा सका है। हाल में 34,540 शिक्षकों की एकमुश्त बहाली में विभाग के पसीने छूट गये। अभी भी उनमें 30 हजार की ही बहाली हुई है, उनके प्रमाण पत्रों का सत्यापन नहीं हो सका है। ऐसे में एक लाख से अधिक शिक्षकों का एक साथ नियोजन कैसे संभव हो सकेगा ,यह सोच कर विभाग के अफसरों के हाथ-पांव फूल रहे हैं। पूर्व में जो शिक्षक नियोजित हो चुके हैं उन्हें भी नियमित रूप से वेतन का भुगतान नहीं हो रहा है

बिहार  शिक्षक पात्रता का परीक्षाफल 

शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा टीईटी-एसटीईटी का परीक्षाफल लगभग तैयार है। मई के प्रथम सप्ताह में उसकी घोषणा कर दी जाएगी। मगर, परीक्षा का संचालन करने वाली संस्था बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति ने इस बार मूल्यांकन का जो कठोर रवैया अपनाया है, उससे इस अग्निपरीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों का प्रतिशत चौंका देने वाला हो सकता है। 1.12 लाख शिक्षक पद पर नियोजन के लिए आयोजित प्राथमिक व माध्यमिक शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षाओं में करीब 33 लाख अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए।

टीईटी की इस अग्निपरीक्षा में जो सफल हुए उनमें से ही एक लाख प्राथमिक शिक्षकों तथा लगभग 12 हजार उच्च एवं उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षकों का चयन होना है। मेधा सूची के आधार पर नियोजन किया जाएगा जिसके लिए विभाग ने नियमावली भी तैयार कर ली है। बेसिक ग्रेड एवं स्नातक ग्रेड के शिक्षकों की आवश्यकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रत्येक विषय के प्रशिक्षित एवं अप्रशिक्षित अभ्यर्थियों की मेधा सूची अलग-अलग तैयार की जाएगी। पात्रता परीक्षा में सफल जिन अभ्यर्थियों का एक लाख चयनित शिक्षकों की सूची में नाम नहीं आ सका, उनके लिए सरकार ने नियुक्ति का एक और दरवाजा खोल रखा है। सरकार ने पोशाक व साइकिल योजना की मानीटरिंग के लिए हर प्रखंड में दो-दो प्रखंड साधन सेवियों को संविदा पर बहाल करने की योजना बनाई है। इससे 17 हजार अन्य सफल अभ्यर्थियों का नियोजन हो सकेगा। नियोजन में प्रशिक्षितों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी मगर प्रशिक्षित नहीं मिलने पर उस कोटि के टीईटी पास अप्रशिक्षित उम्मीदवारों की नियुक्ति की जाएगी।

टीईटी में सफल होने के बावजूद नियोजन पाने में विफल अन्य अभ्यर्थियो को मायूस होने की जरूरत नहीं है। पात्रता परीक्षा के आधार पर जो उत्तीर्ण होंगे उनका पैनल सात वर्ष तक के लिए वैध रहेगा। अगले चरण में अभी दो लाख और शिक्षकों का नियोजन होना है
