BETET : मध्य मार्च तक मिलेगा शिक्षकों को नियोजन पत्र

पटनाः राज्य में चल रही शिक्षक नियुक्ति के तहत प्राथमिक, मध्य व माध्यमिक विद्यालय के शिक्षकों को नियोजन पत्र मध्य मार्च तक मिलेगा. शिक्षा विभाग ने शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की शिड्यूल पर मंथन शुरू कर दिया है. जल्द ही शिड्यूल जारी किया जायेगा.
औपबंधिक मेधा सूची पर अभ्यर्थियों से आपत्तियां ली जा रही हैं, जो 18 जनवरी तक जारी रहेंगी. 28 जनवरी को अभ्यर्थियों की अंतिम मेधा सूची का प्रकाशन होना है. इसके बाद एक माह के अंदर मेधा सूची का जिल शिक्षा पदाधिकारी अनुमोदन करेंगे. फिर इस सूची को संबंधित नियोजन इकाइयों द्वारा सार्वजनिक किया जायेगा. इसके बाद मूल प्रमाणपत्रों का मिलान व अभ्यर्थियों की काउंसेलिंग कर नियोजन पत्र दिया जायेगा.
टीइटी-एसटीइटी अंक पत्र की जांच होगी
विभाग के प्रवक्ता आरएस सिंह ने कहा कि अनुमोदन के पहले जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सभी अभ्यर्थियों के टीइटी व एसटीइटी (शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा) के अंकपत्रों की जांच करेंगे. बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा जारी रिजल्ट से अंकपत्रों का मिलान किया जायेगा. विभाग को सूचना मिली है कि टीइटी व एसटीइटी के फर्जी अंकपत्रों के आधार पर भी कुछ अभ्यर्थी आवेदन दिये हैं. ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी.
1.42 लाख शिक्षक नियोजित होंगे
एक लाख, 42 हजार शिक्षकों को नियोजन पत्र दिया जाना है. इनमें सवा लाख प्राथमिक व मध्य विद्यालय तथा 17 हजार माध्यमिक शिक्षक होंगे. शिक्षा विभाग के नये प्राथमिक शिक्षा निदेशक अजय कुमार चौधरी ने बैठक कर शिक्षक नियोजन प्रक्रिया की अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी ली. संबंधित उप निदेशक ने नियुक्ति को लेकर अब तक किये गये कार्य की जानकारी दी.

BETET / TET : HC stops appointment of untrained teachers

PATNA: The Patna high court on Wednesday ordered that there would be no appointment of untrained teachers even if they have passed the teachers eligibility test (TET) for the posts of secondary and higher secondary teachers in government schools. The court also directed the state government to return the TET fee collected from the untrained teachers appeared at the test.

A single bench presided by Justice Samarendra Pratap Singh passed this order while hearing a writ petition of trained teachers, Prabhat Kumar and others, who challenged the decision of the state government to appoint the untrained teachers, who have passed the test, as secondary and higher secondary teachers.

The petitioner challenged this on the ground that the National Council of Teachers Education (NCTE) had not yet given clearance to the state government for the appointment of any teacher without having the BEd degree.

BETET : शिक्षक नियुक्ति की तीन बार बढ़ी तिथि

पटना: शिक्षक अभ्यर्थियों के बीच इस बात को लेकर असमंजस है कि आखिर उनकी नियुक्ति कब होगी. शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित तिथियों में अब तक तीन बार तब्दीली की जा चुकी है. फिलहाल विभाग ने अपना पूरा ध्यान अभ्यर्थियों की औपबंधिक मेधा सूची पर दे रखा है.
सबसे अधिक परेशानी औपबंधिक मेधा सूची बनवाने व उसे प्रकाशित करने को लेकर आ रही है. इसके कारण विभाग ने निर्णय लिया है कि जिस नियोजन इकाई की मेधा सूची को वेबसाइट पर अपलोड नहीं किया गया, तो वहां नियोजन प्रक्रिया को रोक दिया जायेगा.
औपबंधिक मेधा सूची वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करने के लिए 31 दिसंबर तक का समय दिया गया है. 18 जनवरी तक आपत्तियां ली जायेंगी, अंतिम मेधा सूची 28 जनवरी तक जारी होगी. आगे की नियोजन प्रक्रिया का नया शिड्यूल बाद में तय किया जायेगा. पूर्व में आठ दिसंबर तक माध्यमिक व 20 दिसंबर तक प्रारंभिक शिक्षकों को नियोजन पत्र दिया जाना था.
बाद में इस तिथि को बढ़ा कर क्रमश: 11 जनवरी, 2013 व 28 जनवरी, 2013 किया गया. इसके बाद औपबंधिक मेधा सूची के प्रकाशन की तिथि बढ़ा कर 30 नवंबर की गयी. अब मेधा सूची को वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करने की तिथि 31 दिसंबर की गयी है. नियोजन पत्र वितरित करने की तिथि नये सिरे से जारी होगी.

146 सीट पर 14 हजार आवेदन
पटना सदर में 146 पदों के लिए 14 हजार आवेदन आये हैं. अररिया जिले की कोदरकट्टी पंचायत में पांच पदों के विरुद्ध 75 आवेदक हैं. अमूमन सभी नियोजन इकाइयों की स्थिति यही है. सभी आवेदकों को मेधा सूची में शामिल किया गया है. काउंसेलिंग के लिए कितने अभ्यर्थियों को बुलाया जाना है, इस संबंध में कोई मार्गदर्शन विभाग ने जारी नहीं किया है और न ही जिलों व नियोजन इकाइयों में अभ्यर्थियों को इसकी जानकारी मिल रही है. इस संबंध में विभाग के अधिकारी बताते हैं कि मेधा सूची बनाने का काम पूरा होते ही काउंसेलिंग को लेकर मार्गदर्शन जारी होगा. इसमें तय होगा कि मेधा सूची में पदों के मुकाबले कितने अधिक अभ्यर्थी काउंसिल के लिए बुलाये जायेंगे

BETET Bihar : टीईटी अभ्यार्थियों के पक्ष में उतरा आइसा

TET/STET Pass Candidates facing problems for their recruitment -

बेतिया, निज संवाददाता : 30 नवंबर टीईटी और एसटीईटी के अभ्यर्थियों की मांगों को लेकर समाहरणालय पर आयोजित धरना-प्रदर्शन के समर्थन में आइसा भी उतर आया है। जिला आइसा के अध्यक्ष अभिमन्यु कुमार राव ने इसकी जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि नीतीश सरकार परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद भी विषयवार शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की बात कह रही है। जिससे अभ्यर्थी मानसिक रुप से प्रताड़ित हो रहे हैं। इतना हीं नहीं नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया जटिल बनाकर टीइटी और एसटीईटी पास अभ्यार्थियों का आर्थिक शोषण भी किया जा रहा है।

Teachers protest against Bihar government over clash in Nitish’s Yatra

Bihar Teachers Regularization of Contract Teachers -

Patna: An apex body of primary teachers in Bihar government schools on Monday staged demonstration in Patna in protest against the "repressive measures" of the state government against contractual teachers for protesting during the Chief Minister's 'Adhikar Yatra' in the districts.

Leaders of Bihar Rajya Prathmik Shikshak Sangh (BRPSS) sat on a dharna at R-Block in Patna to express solidarity with the contractual teachers and to oppose alleged repressive measures like termination of services of some teachers for participating in the stir during the Chief Minister's tour.

"Primary teachers body will not tolerate the stringent action by the state government against the contractual teachers who have been agitating for a just demand like regularisation of service and parity in salaries and perks with regular teachers," BRPSS president Mrityunjaya Prasad Sharma Sharma said.

Demanding withdrawl of orders for sacking of some contractual teachers within 15 days, he said that about 73,000 regular teachers will resort to agitation if their demand was not met.

Sharma also demanded that the state government should implement equal pay for equal work for the primary teachers too.

Contractual teachers had demonstrated before the Chief Minister in several districts during his 'Adhikar Yatra' to demand parity in salaries and allowances with regular teachers.

The state government had lodged FIRs against some protesting teachers and initiated disciplinary actions against hundreds of such teachers.
